Shipping & Delivery
All shipping is free with no minimum order required. We're committed to getting your The Paw Step order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. You will receive a confirmation email right away — please review your order details carefully to ensure everything is accurate. Standard orders are processed within 1 business day. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
The Paw Step offers free standard shipping on all orders. Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Estimated Delivery Time: 1–5 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number, a link to track your package, and your carrier's information. You can also track your order at any time through our website on the Order Tracking page.
Shipping Delays
We strive to deliver every order on time; however, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes during peak seasons, inventory availability, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or carrier disruptions, or other factors outside of our control. If a significant delay affects your order, we will notify you promptly. For urgent assistance, please reach out to our customer support team.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Additional Information
- Non-Serviceable Addresses: We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned orders unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
